Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on clothing, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at vinylhippieorders@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2675B Hwy 145 Saltillo, MS 38866.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom DTF prints that are ordered via website cannot be returned or reprinted unless it is the fault of the printer. Please send us a picture to vinylhippieorders@gmail.com if you believe the DTF print was an error on our part. We will then pull up your file to look at the order and let you know if we can reprint for free or if it is the file that was sent in.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we cannot offer refunds once your order is shipped. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Occasionally we will have customers who place an order for materials to make things for their customers on a deadline. There are often unforeseen circumstances such as delays with the courier, products arrive damaged during shipping or we may even make a mistake on an order. We do not offer refunds because your orders did not meet a deadline and we do not offer compensation based on lost revenue due to these unforeseen circumstances. If you are making products to sell we recommend keeping a stock of materials on-hand to ensure you do not encounter this issue. We always have and always will honor our commitment to get you the products you ordered as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, unforeseen things do happen to cause delays on a small percentage of orders.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel an order, please submit the contact form or email us at vinylhippieorders@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order. Since we ship items very quickly, even if we receive your cancellation email before you receive the shipping confirmation, your item may have already gone to the courier and cancellation will not be possible.
